No overnight parking

No outside setup until day of event

Sales of illegal equipment or adult materials is prohibited

Raffle and major door prize entries need not be present to win

Cincinnati Hamfest℠ raffles are separate from door prize awards

Not responsible for vendor  property before, during, or after the event

Prize entries only valid to legal residents and citizens of the United States

Raffle and door prizes only include free shipping within the lower 48 states

Admission ticket receipt required for entry and exchange for door prize entry

Milford Amateur Radio Club officers are ineligible to win door prizes

No raffles permitted without the expressed written consent of Cincinnati Hamfest℠

Cincinnati Hamfest℠ is presented by the Milford Amateur Radio Club which is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.

Raffle and door prizes may be substituted for alternate items of equal or greater value should the original items become unavailable

Paid admission includes single entry for door prizes 

Bring printed or electronic receipt to allow gate entry and speed exchange inside at club table for door prize entry.  We must have either a printed or electronic copy to allow entry to the event

We do not mail tickets to keep our pricing as low as possible
